Ajanda does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All notes and information entered into the App remain on your device and are not shared with us or third parties.

3. Permissions

Ajanda may request access to the following:

• Touch and Apple Pencil Input – To enable handwriting functionality.
• Local Storage – To save your notes securely on your device.

The App does not request internet access, and no data is transmitted externally.

4. Data Security

Since Ajanda does not store user data on external servers, your information remains secure on your device. To enhance security, we recommend:

• Enabling device-level protection, such as a passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID.
• Regularly backing up your device using iCloud or local backup solutions to prevent data loss.

5. Third-Party Services

Ajanda does not integrate with third-party analytics, cloud storage, or advertising services. Any data remains on your device and is not accessible to us.

6. Children’s Privacy

Ajanda is not designed for children under 13. Since the App does not collect personal data, it complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant child privacy regulations.

7. Compliance with Privacy Laws

Ajanda is designed with privacy in mind and aligns with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) principles, as it does not process or store personal data.
